General Questions
Oz Medical is a healthcare subscription service that provides our clients with access to licensed practitioners with a focus on weight-management medication for a simple monthly-price.
Oz Medical is open to anyone who meetings the following conditions:
- 18 years old or older.
- A resident or physically in the state of Texas.
- A demonstrated medical need for treatment.
Oz Care is designed to be more than a telehealth platform, but still simple for our clients. You can start treatment in three easy-steps.
- Complete a medical intake and (if necessary) have lab work done to verify a medical need for treatment.
- Speak to your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment.
- If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30-days from a mail order pharmacy provider (depending on your provider’s decision).
We want to enable you to form a long-term connection with Oz Care so that we can provide ongoing care for your health.

All medical emergencies should be directed to an emergency department such as your local hospital or urgent care facility.
Medication & Services Questions
Your medication will be mailed directly to you from our local pharmacy providers. Delivery times may vary.
Oz Medical offers a simple monthly subscription services. Patients will receive an invoice for their treatment each month which may be paid by credit card. For convenience, patients can set-up autopay in the client portal.
Payment is collected upfront to secure your online consultation with a provider who can prescribe medication, as appropriate. If your provider determines you are not a good candidate for a selected treatment, there will be no further charges.
Provider & Clinician Questions
After completing your medical intake forms you can easily schedule an online telehealth appointment through our patient portal. Your provider will complete a 2-way audiovisual (telehealth) appointment on a HIPPA compliant telehealth system.
Essentially you will have a video call with your provider.
Oz Medical will provide you with a board-certified provider, licensed to prescribe treatment, as appropriate.
Your appointment will be conducted through a HIPPA compliant Telehealth system that adheres to legal regulations.
Though some telehealth companies will send medication after filling out an online survey, Oz Medical believes this is an adequate way to make a diagnosis, especially for a new client.
All clients must speak to a license provider by scheduling an appointment.
Cost & Financial Questions
Due to the significant cost of healthcare in America, we strive to keep treatments as affordable as possible.
Prices vary based on the treatment your provider may prescribe. Prices are inclusive of all charges and will be reflected on any invoice you receive.
We do not accept any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing, or any other similar method of payment. Clients are solely responsible for the cost of the service.
No. All of our prices are displayed prominently on our website and will be reflect in any invoice you receive.
No. Oz Medical is offered on a month-to-month basis. We do not require you to sign up for any specific length of time.
